THAI AIRWAYS REHABILITATION

Thai Airways International PCL (THAI) has entered rehabilitation proceedings under Chapter 3/1 of the Thai Bankruptcy Act.

What happens next?

Thailand’s Central Bankruptcy Court issued an order on 27 May 2020 accepting a rehabilitation petition filed by THAI. A hearing on the matter is scheduled for 17 August 2020.

He provided input on the 1999 amendments to the Thai Bankruptcy Act which, among other things, made a number of adjustments to the rehabilitation proceeding provisions of the Act which were introduced in 1998.
